Cincon Releases New Extended Models of CFM50S & CFM70S Series, 50W and 70W AC-DC Power Supplies

Key specs:

Here are the newest additions (-E/-S/-SD) to our CFM50S & CFM70S series, which now include expanded models with 50W and 70W AC-DC power supplies. The new models come with various packaging options, such as encapsulated (-E), terminal block (-S), and terminal block with din-rail (-SD). The market demand prompted the development of these packaging choices. Importantly, these options meet OVC III standards, rendering them well-suited for use in industrial automation within smart factories.

The two AC-DC product series are equipped with safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition and meet IEC/EN 60335-1 for household appliance. The CFM50S & CFM70S series come in various configurations, including single outputs of 5, 12, 15, 24, 36, and 48 VDC. What’s more, they meet not only Class I and Class II, but also the Over Voltage Category OVC II & OVC III. Furthermore, the EMI complies with both EN 55032 Class B and CISPR/FCC Class B standards.

Exceptional Performance:

The CFM50S and CFM70S offers the wide universal input voltage from 85~264 VAC with the low no load input power consumption less than 0.15W. Moreover, the CFM50S achieves the high efficiency to 89% and the CFM70S delivers a higher efficiency up to 91%. The both series operate within a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C and they are also suitable for use at high altitudes, reaching up to 5000m max. Moreover, they provide 6 different packages including open-frame PCB mount, open-frame wafer, enclosed cover, encapsulated PCB mount, terminal block, and din-rail.

Full Protections:

Approval include IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition. The CFM50S and CFM70S series are fully protected by output over-current/voltage protection, and continuous short circuit protection.

Applications:

This versatile AC-DC power supplies are the ideal solutions for industrial/ITE applications, including automation equipment, test & measurement instruments, commercial equipment, and various other industrial applications. Moreover, they could be used for the OVC III category which mainly applies to hard-wired equipment installed inside switch cabinets or distribution panels, including relays, circuit breakers, and fixed-installation power supplies.
