    Description
      Excelsys Technologies is the leading designer and manufacturer of high efficiency, low profile power supplies providing power solutions from 200W-1200W. Both the XF and UltiMod series of USER configurable power supplies offer system designers greatest flexibility, highest efficiency and highest reliability for their application.

      The XF and UltiMod range of power supplies are designed to meet the demands of harsh operating environments. Ruggedised to withstand extremes in shock and vibration and is certified to Mil-STD 810G, Integrity Test for Shock and Vibration. Ideal for use in applications subject to extremes in temperature, the XF family will deliver up to 1000W over a wide temperature range from -55 to 70ºC and is conformal coated as standard, ensuring additional protection from water and dust.

      The XF family of power supplies provides up to an incredible 1000W in an extremely compact 1U x 268 x 127mm package. Employing an innovative plug & play architecture this AC/DC power supply brings unprecedented flexibility that allows users to instantly configure a custom power solution in less than 5 minutes. The new model, the XFN, is designed to deliver 1000W at –40°C thus complimenting the other products in the XF range which operate to -55°C.

      All configurations carry full safety agency approvals, including UL60950 and EN60950 and are fully characterised for EMC according to MIL-STD-461F and the MIL-STD-810G standard for shock and vibration. This simplifies the system integration in to a wide range of Hi REL and MIL-COTS applications including Mobile Radar, Naval Communications and Micro Base Station applications.

      Designed for use in harsh operating environments, the XF family is conformal coated and ruggedised to withstand extremes in shock and vibration as well as operation over a wide temperature range of -55 to 70°C. Applications include Harsh Industrial, Test and Measurement, Communications, Fixed and Mobile Radar and Military Electronics which require COTS solutions.

      XF power supply ranges now meet CE101 and CE102 conducted emission standards by combining with the ASTRODYNE-LCR F19374 High Performance Single Stage Power Line Filter. The ASTRODYNE-LCR F19374 Filter is designed to bring the complete Excelsys XF Modular Power Supply Platform and the Excelsys Xsolo Platform to compliance with MIL-STD 461F, CE101 and CE102 conducted emissions under various loads.
