Cincon Releases CBM150S Series, New AC-DC 150W Brick Type Fanless Power Supply

Our newly released CBM150S series is an AC-DC brick type fanless power supply that is capable of providing rated power 150W within a full brick size and an ultra-slim profile only 19.7 mm. This series is equipped with the essential safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition.

 The CBM150S can operate with an input range of 90 to 264 VAC and can also accept DC input ranging from 120 to 370 VDC. The power supply is available in six different output options, namely 12, 24, 28, 36, 48, and 54 VDC, and belongs to Class I. Additionally, it serves with built-in EMI solution with EN 55032 Class B, providing a comprehensive all-in-one power solution for system engineers.

Exceptional Performance:

One of the most notable features of the CBM150S is its exceptionally low leakage current of 0.75mA max. It also provides an outstanding high efficiency up to 93% and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. This power supply can operate at high altitudes of up to 5000m max. and has a low no load input power consumption of less than 0.5W (0.7W for 54V out). Furthermore, the MTBF would be 350k hours.

Full Protections:

 The CBM150S series has passed the safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 3rd edition and is EMC compliant to EN 55032 Class B and CISPR/FCC Class B. The series is also fully protected and offers output over current protection, output over voltage protection, over temperature protection, and continuous short circuit protection.

Applications:

This AC-DC power supply is suitable for various industrial/ITE applications, including automation equipment, test & measurement instruments, commercial equipment, telecom and network devices, and other industrial applications. Its slim profile of only 0.78 inches (19.7 mm) makes it an excellent choice for applications with space or height limitation.
