HAM™ AC Harmonic Attenuator Module (PFC Front-End)
Active PFC module
The HAM module is a full-wave rectifier with a proprietary high-frequency Zero-Current Switching (ZCS) boost converter providing up to 675W of power in a package measuring only 4.6 x 2.4 x 0.5in [116.9 x 61 x 12.7mm]. The combination of the High-Boost HAM and our V375, VI-26x or VI-J6x DC-DC converters provides the powertrain for a high-density, switching power supply meeting EN61000-3-2 requirements for harmonic current content with a power factor better than 0.99.
