Description

The HAM module is a full-wave rectifier with a proprietary high frequency zero-current switching (ZCS) boost converter providing up to 675 watts of power in a package measuring only 2.4″ x 4.6″ x 0.5″.

The combination of the High Boost HAM-xL and our V375, VI-26x or VI-J6x DC-DC converters provides the power train for a high density, switching power supply meeting EN61000-3-2 requirements for harmonic current content with a power factor better than 0.99. The user need only add Vicor’s 30205 line filter and hold-up capacitance.

  • BAMD-xx Booster HAM – Companion module to HAMD-xx used for additional output power. No internal bridge rectifier.
